Warranty
Most of the products we carry come with a warranty. Some are covered directly by Caster Solutions, and others are honored under the original manufacturer's warranty. Either way, you deal with us. We're the single point of contact for every claim and handle the process for you from start to finish. If you think an item is defective, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue and we'll take care of the rest.

Caster Solutions
Caster Solutions is a leading caster brand in North America. We carry a broad line of casters and wheels for industrial, material handling, medical, food service, and institutional applications, plus fixture and OEM needs. Our strength is in engineering, customs, design, quality, service, and availability, which lets us support everything from standard catalog orders to fully custom builds.
We provide a 3-year warranty on select products from the date of purchase. Look for the 3-year warranty icon in the catalog or on our product pages. All other durable casters carry a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover damages caused by misapplication, misuse, abuse, modification, improper installation or lack of regular lubrication maintenance. This warranty is exclusive and there are no other warranties, express or implied, such as an implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. This remedy is the sole remedy in contract, tort or otherwise, and Caster Solutions® is not liable for incidental, consequential or special damages. Warranty does not apply on any hybrid casters using a combination of Caster Solutions® parts with any other brands' parts.
Colson
Each Colson branded product is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for three years from the date of original purchase, unless it has been misused, abused, modified or improperly installed. Any product that is claimed to be defective that is returned to us with its approval will be repaired or replaced free of charge (excluding freight and installation). This warranty is exclusive and there are no other warranties, express or implied, such as an implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. This remedy is the sole remedy in contract, tort or otherwise, and Colson is not liable for incidental, consequential or special damages.
Albion
Each Albion product is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year, or three (3) years where designated, from the original date of purchase, unless it has been misused, abused, modified, or improperly installed. Any product that is claimed to be defective that is returned to Albion with approval will be repaired or replaced free of charge (excluding freight and installation). This warranty is exclusive and there are no other warranties, express or implied, such as an implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. This remedy is the sole remedy in contract, tort or otherwise, and Albion is not liable for incidental, consequential or special damages.
