Shipping policy

Processing

We typically process and ship in-stock orders within 1–3 business days of receiving them.

If you need an order expedited, call us at (425) 558-9054 so we can confirm we're able to accommodate. Depending on the item, quantity, and our current workload, we'll often do it at no charge.

Shipping

For online orders, we offer both UPS and FedEx.

Free Shipping

Your order qualifies for free shipping when all of the following are true:

  • Order subtotal is $250.00 USD or greater
  • The shipping address is within the contiguous United States
  • The order is placed online

We select the carrier for free-shipping orders. If you return an order that shipped free, you are responsible for the original shipping cost we covered.

Tracking

Once your order is processed and ready to ship, you'll receive an email with the tracking number. You can also look it up anytime using our order tracker. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Missing or Damaged Items

You have 10 business days from delivery to report missing or damaged items.

To start a claim, email support@castersolutions.com with your order number, delivery date, photos of the shipping boxes, and a detailed description of what's missing or damaged.
