8.00" x 2.00" Swivel Plate Caster with Dura-Cushion™ Wheel

Balloon Cushioned wheels have a rounded rubber treaded molded to an aluminum core. The rounded tread minimizes friction and enables the wheel to turn easily. This wheel offers the best shock absorbing, cushioned ride available of rubber wheels. It rolls easily over debris and small obstructions, such as electrical cords. This caster wheel also has superior floor protection and is ultra-quiet rolling. The down side is this wheel has lower capacities than other rubber wheels. For higher capacity wheels with similar characteristic, check out our thermoplastic rubber wheels.

We would not recommend these wheels for applications that require sitting in one spot for long periods of time under heavy loads.

The 41/42 Series is the economy-priced alternative to our 45/46 Kingpinless Series, offering the same matching swivel and rigid caster configurations at a lower price point. Rated for medium-heavy duty use with capacities up to 1,500 lb, the 41/42 Series is an excellent cost-effective choice for demanding industrial applications where the full capacity of the 45/46 is not required.
