8" x 2" Rigid Plate Caster with UltraFlex™ Wheel

Our ergonomically designed Super Elastomer, UltraFlex™ wheel is comprised of high-grade Polyurethane 85A. Shown to significantly reduce initial push/pull forces, rolling and swiveling resistance. The crowned treads are non-marking, super smooth rolling and operate quietly. The unique tread repels foreign objects and debris. They come standard with large sealed precision ball bearings and are maintenance free for the life of the wheel.

Ideal for tow line applications where there are frequent stops, starts and turns. Used in many large manufacturing plants like GM, Ford and Terex.

The 4K/4R Series is a high performance and maintenance-free set of medium duty casters with extended swivel leads. This series has matching swivel and rigid casters, that are both capable of capacities up to 2,500 lb. The swivel casters have tapered roller bearings in the upper raceway, to handle axial loads while operating at high speeds. While the lower raceway has thrust ball bearings, to handle both heavy radial and thrust loads. The extended swivel leads of the 4K swivel casters significantly reduce the effort to start and swivel by up to half the force needed. Both the swivel and rigid casters use a 3/8' standard top plate with 5/16" steel legs.
