Our Energy Saver Polyon wheel is a crowned polyurethane tread bonded to a heavy-duty solid cast iron core. Offering high capacities and floor protection. These wheels are more ergonomic when compared to traditional Poly-On-Iron wheels.
The casters in our 63/34 Kingpinless Series are ranked for extreme heavy duty use, with capacities up to 20,000 lb.The series offers matching swivel and rigid casters constructed with thick top plates from hot forged ASTM1045 steel. The legs are 3/8" thick and the axle used is a 1" thick Grade 5 bolt making these casters hold up to the toughest of jobs. The swivel casters feature a forged 1/2" thick swivel head and a 4-1/2" precisely machined kingpinless raceway of 5/8" hardened ball bearings.
