6" x 3" Rigid Plate Caster with Polyon™ Wheel
Our Polyon wheel is comprised of a polyurethane tread bonded to a solid cast-iron core. It offers a high capacity while also providing floor protection with its non-marking tread. It is resistant to most solvents, oil, grease, annd water.
Great for automotive plants, towlines applications and general warehouse carts.
The casters in our 63/34 Kingpinless Series are ranked for extreme heavy duty use, with capacities up to 20,000 lb.The series offers matching swivel and rigid casters constructed with thick top plates from hot forged ASTM1045 steel. The legs are 3/8" thick and the axle used is a 1" thick Grade 5 bolt making these casters hold up to the toughest of jobs. The swivel casters feature a forged 1/2" thick swivel head and a 4-1/2" precisely machined kingpinless raceway of 5/8" hardened ball bearings.
