The Ironman wheel is an exclusive compression molded compound, providing maximum strength and load capacity in a non-metal material. It can easily handle sharp temperature changes, and the sturdy design is ideal for power towing applications.
The D4/R4 Series offers matching extreme duty swivel and rigid kingpinless casters with capacities up to 40,000 lb. Constructed from hot forged ASTM1045 steel with 1/2″ thick double-welded legs and a 1-1/4″ Grade 8 axle bolt. Features a forged 5/8″ thick swivel head with a 7″ precisely machined kingpinless raceway using 3/4″ hardened ball bearings.
