8" x 2" Total-locking Plate Caster with UltraFlex™ Wheel
Our ergonomically designed Super Elastomer, UltraFlex™ wheel is comprised of high-grade Polyurethane 85A. Shown to significantly reduce initial push/pull forces, rolling and swiveling resistance. The crowned treads are non-marking, super smooth rolling and operate quietly. The unique tread repels foreign objects and debris. They come standard with large sealed precision ball bearings and are maintenance free for the life of the wheel.
Ideal for tow line applications where there are frequent stops, starts and turns. Used in many large manufacturing plants like GM, Ford and Terex.
The 27/28/DT/FT medium duty series is one of our most popular series of casters. This series offers matching swivel, rigid, single-pedal total-locking and dual-pedal total-locking casters with capacities up to 1,250 lb. These casters use a 2" wide wheel as standard.
