100mm x 48mm Swivel Plate Caster with Nylon Wheel
Foot Master MC Nylon (D80) wheel is an injection-molded engineering nylon designed for heavy-duty industrial use. Hard wheel face delivers low rolling resistance and exceptional load capacity, with chemical resistance to oils, greases, and most industrial cleaning solvents. Best suited to clean smooth flooring such as warehouse epoxy, factory polished concrete, and similar surfaces; the hard tread transmits shock to the chassis on rough or uneven floors and is not recommended for outdoor use.
The GXT Series is a heavy-duty single-wheel caster for industrial equipment, heavy machinery, and mobile platforms that need to roll under full working loads. Capacity ratings span 500 kg through 2,700 kg (1,100 lb through 5,940 lb) per caster across the 80-250mm wheel range.
Built around a forged steel plate with a double thrust bearing in the swivel head on the 80-100mm sizes. Larger 125-250mm sizes step up to thrust plus tapered roller bearings and a welded steel frame for rolling under sustained heavy loads. Hand-operated wheel brake system. Powder coating with zinc plating for corrosion resistance. Operating temperature -10°C to 90°C. RoHS compliant.
