2-3/8" x 1-7/8" Swivel Plate Caster with Nylon Wheel
Foot Master MC Nylon (D80) wheel is an injection-molded engineering nylon designed for heavy-duty industrial use. Hard wheel face delivers low rolling resistance and exceptional load capacity, with chemical resistance to oils, greases, and most industrial cleaning solvents. Best suited to clean smooth flooring such as warehouse epoxy, factory polished concrete, and similar surfaces; the hard tread transmits shock to the chassis on rough or uneven floors and is not recommended for outdoor use.
The JS Series is a compact low-profile heavy-duty caster designed for applications where overall height is critical. Its low-profile silhouette keeps mounted equipment closer to the floor, which lowers the center of gravity, reduces tip-over risk, and allows the caster to fit into clearance-restricted spaces where a standard caster would not. Despite the compact size, capacity ratings reach 700 kg (1,543 lb) per caster.
Built around a high-strength pressed steel plate with a hardened, heat-treated swivel head and a dust-protection cover. Bolted wheel axle structure for serviceability. Zinc-plated finish. Operating temperature -10°C to 90°C. RoHS compliant.
