12" x 4" Rigid Plate Caster with Titan™ Polymer Wheel
The Titan MegaPoly wheel uses a thick premium polyurethane tread bonded to a cast iron core. This wheel has a signifacntly higher load capacity and life span compared to its competitors due to its construction which slows down and disspates the internal heat that builds up while in use.
This wheel exceeds in tow appplications.
The D4/R4 Series offers matching extreme duty swivel and rigid kingpinless casters with capacities up to 40,000 lb. Constructed from hot forged ASTM1045 steel with 1/2″ thick double-welded legs and a 1-1/4″ Grade 8 axle bolt. Features a forged 5/8″ thick swivel head with a 7″ precisely machined kingpinless raceway using 3/4″ hardened ball bearings. The swivel casters feature a forged 5/8" thick swivel head and a 7" precisely machined kingpinless raceway of 3/4" hardened ball bearings.
